HOW MANY DEGREES SHOULD I WASH THE SHEET AT?
A gentle wash at 40°C will take pretty much any material. Bed linen is most often washed at temperatures between 30 and 60 °C. Satin, microflannel, terry, jersey or crepe can be washed at a lower temperature, ideally 40 °C. You will get rid of dirt, sweat and dead cells.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WASH THE SHEET?
We spend up to a third of our lives in bed. You should wash your bed linen regularly. The general recommendation is once every 14 days. In the warmer months, for people with higher sweating rates or who are ill, it is recommended to reduce the interval to once a week.

YOU CAN TUMBLE DRY THIS SHEET
In the dryer we recommend drying on low temperatures, high temperatures can have an adverse effect on the colours and fabric. It is important to unroll the sheet properly and hang it on a hanger. Do not put pegs through the corners, the material may pull out. Drying in the bathroom is not advisable as it is the most humid room in the apartment and the sheet may become stale. However, for most materials it is recommended to dry on a drying rack.
