Bonded materials must be cleaned and degreased before applying the gel, if necessary you can roughen with fine sandpaper.
Characteristics:
UV GEL is an instant glue with a controlled curing process using UV light after 5 seconds.
It is suitable for gluing, repairing, fixing, filling, insulating and healing the surface of various parts.
Fills and closes cracks in the surface of glass, varnishes, rubber parts, metal parts, etc. It insulates and seals electrical components, including motherboards, low voltage components, etc.
After complete curing, it is possible to grind, drill and varnish.
How to use it correctly:
- Bonded parts must be free of dust and grease
- Remove the cap, applicator
- Apply UV gel to the surfaces you need to glue
- Put the surfaces together and fix the correct position
- Place the lit UV lamp from a distance of approx. 1-10 mm
- Light for about 1 minute and let it harden
- After 5 seconds the strength is about 50%, after 30 seconds 90%. Full strength is achieved in 1-24 hours.
- The adhesive also responds to daily UV radiation and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
- Once opened, store horizontally in a cool, dark place.
