GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Introductory Provisions
These terms and conditions contain binding rules for users and visitors of the website www.b2bvelkoobchod.cz/en (hereinafter referred to as “B2B”). These terms and conditions also regulate the conditions of purchasing goods on the B2B website operated by alum online s.r.o., with its registered office at Strakonická 1424/21, 150 00 Prague 5, registered in the Commercial Register under file number C 294062 kept by the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”). Contact details of the Seller are provided in Article 2 of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are intended for the purchase of offered goods by entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”). For the purposes of these terms and conditions and within the meaning of § 420 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Civil Code”), an entrepreneur is understood to be any person who independently carries out, on their own account and responsibility, a gainful activity in a trade or similar manner with the intention of doing so continuously to earn a profit, as well as a person who concludes contracts related to their own business, production or similar activity or in the independent performance of their profession, or a person acting on behalf of or for an entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the “Entrepreneur”).
The contractual relationships between the Seller and the Buyer are always concluded in accordance with the applicable legal order of the Czech Republic. Relationships not governed by these terms and conditions are governed in particular by the Civil Code.
By registering a user account and submitting each order of goods, the Buyer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions and agree with them, in the wording valid and effective at the time of registration or order submission.

2) Registration and Order
2.1 Purchase is only possible after successful user registration with a valid Company ID.
2.2 After registration, the Buyer has access to their account from which they can place orders.
2.3 Each order is confirmed by an automatic e-mail. The order is a proposal to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is concluded only upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
2.4 The Seller reserves the right to reject the order within 5 business days, even without giving a reason, for example, due to unavailability of goods or violation of conditions.
2.5 The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration. In case of data changes, the Buyer is obliged to update them without delay.
2.6 Access to the account is protected by a password. The Buyer is responsible for its protection and for any misuse of the account.
3) Prices and Payment Terms
3.1 All prices on the website are stated without VAT. VAT will be added at the applicable rate.
3.2 Prices are valid at the time of ordering and may change according to the Seller’s business policy.
3.3 Payment methods:

3.4 Tax documents are sent electronically to the Buyer’s e-mail address.
3.5 Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer only after full payment of the purchase price.
4) Delivery and Shipping Terms
4.1 Delivery is ensured by GLS courier service or personal collection is possible.
4.2 The delivery price is automatically calculated according to the weight and volume of the shipment and stated in the shopping cart before the order is sent.
4.3 Standard delivery time is 1–5 business days from payment receipt or order confirmation.
4.4 The Buyer is obliged to check the shipment immediately upon receipt. Claims for quantity and visible defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4.5 If the Buyer does not accept the goods and the shipment is returned, the Seller has the right to charge the costs associated with re-delivery.
4.6 The delivery location is the address specified by the Buyer in the order.
5) Claims and Liability for Defects
5.1 Rights from defective performance are governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
5.2 The Buyer is obliged to report defects without undue delay. Obvious defects (e.g. damage to the packaging or mismatch in quantity) must be reported no later than 48 hours after receipt of the shipment.
5.3 Claims can be made in writing via e-mail to: info@b2bwholesale.eu. The e-mail must include the order number, description of the defect, and photo documentation.
5.4 Goods intended for complaint are sent by the Buyer at their own expense to the warehouse address: Alum online s.r.o., Nám. Karla IV 200, 276 01 Mělník.
5.5 The Seller will process the complaint without undue delay, no later than within 30 days.
6) Personal Data Protection
6.1 The Seller processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll.
6.2 Processed data: identification data, contact data, order and payment history.
6.3 Personal data are stored for the time necessary to fulfill the contract and subsequently archived according to statutory deadlines.
6.4 The Buyer has the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, data portability, object, and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

7) Final Provisions
7.1 These terms and conditions are valid from July 15, 2025.
7.2 The Seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. The new version is effective upon publication.
7.3 All legal relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
7.4 The contracting parties undertake to resolve disputes amicably. In the event of a court dispute, the competent court is the court according to the Seller’s registered office.
