After application, the Car Windshield Repair Kit fills the air bubble with a strong adhesive that bonds the glass together, restoring the visibility and strength of the glass.

This kit is suitable for repairing small cracks in the windscreen. A damaged windshield can be repaired with this kit at low cost and within a few tens of minutes. Car Windshield Repair Adhesive is used to repair most types of car windshields that have been damaged.

The patented special adhesive in the kit fills air voids created by glass damage with special liquid glass. This will restore 100% visibility. After the repair, the glue hardens in about 20 minutes. This adhesive will bond the loose and damaged glass, preventing the crack from spreading further.

The glue bottle has a volume of 3ml and is only suitable for 2-3 cracks of a small crack the size of a coin. Do not use on larger cracks.

Notice:

Avoid application in direct sunlight!
The optimal temperature of the windshield is 10-25°C.
Do not allow the adhesive to come into contact with the vehicle's paintwork.

Repair procedure:

Use a pin or needle to remove loose glass fragments from the crack. Clean and dry the area around the damage with a clean cloth or paper towel.
Remove the backing film from one side of the self-adhesive ring and stick that side to the glass so that its inner hole borders the center or deepest point of the crack.
Peel off the second backing layer and press the stand firmly onto the sticker, making sure the edges and labels of both parts overlap.
Remove the cap and cut off the tip of the glue tube. Then insert the tube into the neck of the base and fill it with glue by pressing carefully so that there is no leakage. Seal the rest of the glue and save it for later use.
Now insert the syringe into the neck of the stand and while holding it firmly with one hand, pull out its plunger with the other hand and lock it in the bottom notch. The wire clip located on the injection is used to secure it. Leave in this position for 10 minutes.
Pull the syringe out of the cradle for a few seconds, then push it back in firmly. While holding it firmly with one hand, squeeze its piston with the other hand and lock it into the upper notch. Leave in this position for 20 minutes.
Disconnect and set aside the injection and carefully separate the base label including the sticker from the glass using a sharp blade. Grasp the loose end and slowly peel off the entire base. Then wipe the area clean.
Apply 1-2 drops of glue from the tube to the center of the crack and cover with the clear film included in the kit. Use a blade to push out any bubbles. – – Place the car in direct sunlight and let it cure for about 10-30 minutes depending on the light intensity.
Carefully peel off the foil and use the blade of the knife to remove the remaining resin by holding the blade in a vertical position and scraping in quick back and forth strokes across the glass.
If a small hole still remains in the glass, repeat the process from step 8.
