Simple rules of the game:

The referee dials the color you have to place your foot or palm on. The goal is to keep your balance and not fall. It's not as easy as it looks.
The players' task is to place their palm or foot on the arrow field. The field is occupied by the player who was there first. If this is not unequivocal, the referee will decide. The referee's decision is valid and irrevocable.
Once you make your move, you can no longer move. Only the referee can allow the limb to be moved to make room for the other player.
If all 6 squares of one color on the pad are occupied, they spin the arrow once more.
If the judge indicates the same color that the hand or foot is already on, you must move to another field (if all these fields are occupied, the arrow will spin again).
If you lean on the mat with your elbow, knee or fall, you fall out of the game!
The winner is the one who stays on the mat the longest!
